What we like eating onboard…
Breakfast
MEXICAN INSPIRED OMELETTE
- 1 x store bought tortilla
- 2 eggs
- cilantro
- tomato
- spanish onion
- avocado
- lime
- cheese
Method
Whish Eggs together in a bowl. Cook in a hot frypan, adding some cheese if desired. Warm tortilla in same frypan( to save washing). Chop tomatoes, spanish onions and cilantro and mix together to make a salsa. Smash avocado with a fork.
Combine and serve with a slice of lime and steaming hot coffee.
FRENCH TOAST SERVED WITH BANANAS AND MAPLE SYRUP

- Brioche if available.
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Maple Syrup
- Bananas
- Sugar
Method
Whish Eggs together in a bowl. Soak thick slices of brioche in egg mixture for 10 minutes. Coat with some sugar to caramelise and then fry in a little butter.
Serve with sliced banana and Maple Syrup.

Oats prepared with honey, served with strong steaming hot coffee at dawn

We do really enjoy cooking but we are lazy. We are probably busy eating something ridiculously tasty right now….or we could be eating cheese toasties while watching Peppa Pig with Soph.
Either way we still have a bit of bloggering to go here before you will all be blown away by our tasty cleverness.
